The Sticker Club & A Travelling Notebook

I have written before about how I really love stickers and think they are great to use with Daniel to aid his fine motor skills and as he really loves them to use in an educational way to teach him colours, shape and numbers.

When I spotted a new sticker club I was thrilled when they offered to send me a sample pack. The Sticker Club bills itself as 'kids sticker club' that sends 'quality designed kids stickers' each week.

I wasn't sure when to expect the stickers to arrive but they arrived really quick one day. Daniel always runs to the door when we get post and immediately went for the bright yellow envelope on the door mat - it's bright and eye catching and certainly stands out!

Nine sheets of stickers arrived, each should be a different sheet although in mine there were two the same. I contacted the sticker club and they offered to send me another pack out, I declined on the basis that it doesn't affect my review and they were quick to offer to rectify the issue.

Anyhow, the stickers arrived and I thought they were far too nice to let my toddler loose with! I have written in the past about my involvement with #PostCircle and I use stickers and the such to decorate my letters and the envelopes so I knew straight away that they would be going into my stash!

I've been waiting for the chance to use them and last week I received a Travelling Notebook - I had four pages to write in and decorate so I knew that the stickers would be put to great use there. I won't show all my pages as I don't want to ruin the surprise for when it lands back with it's owner in due course.... but some pictures are below.

The stickers are good quality and well thought out design. There was a nice selection of different things in there so plenty to engage your child. I think I will use some of them to decorate cards with when Daniel and I set to making some cards for forthcoming birthdays or for when we do some general craft type activities.

The sticker club is a weekly subscription club and for £1.99 per week nine sheets of stickers will arrive through the post. I couldn't justify signing up on a permanent basis at the moment and I think it would be great if there was an option to purchase a one off pack or to subscribe for one pack a month (but I appreciate that the admin behind this might be a bit time intensive!) but for #PostCircle and stationery lovers it's a great little idea - who say's stickers are just for kids!
