A simple toy

Toy's really don't need to be expensive. When I finished a bottle of conditioner I thought Daniel might enjoy playing with bottle in the garden.

The bottle is a pump bottle so after washing it out I filled it with warm water and took it into the garden. 

He soon got the hang of how to press it and had great fun squirting water onto the patio and seeing the paving flags change colour. 

He had even more fun squirting the water onto his bare toes!

This occupied him for ages, and when we went into the garden again today he went straight for the bottle and pump.  It's also a great activity for the water table

and bath.... I have another few bottles like this so as they empty I plan to fill them with coloured water and let him loose in the garden on a hot day.
