Expressions #4 - Sharing

It never fails to amaze how brilliant Daniel is with Emma. He is only 19 months old, but he understands that he has to be gentle with Emma and he is keen to play and interact with her, especially as she is now almost 16 weeks and much more interesting!

Earlier in the week whilst I was making up our breakfast, I came back into the dining room and found Daniel stood with Emma's octopus toy above her, so she could reach up to play with it - holding it like I do for her.

It was very sweet to see him playing with her like this... and Emma was reaching up to take hold of it, much to Daniel's delight.

It really is lovely to see them interacting with each other - Daniel will bring me blankets for her when I'm feeding her or getting her into her car seat.

Earlier this week he was most concerned that she didn't have any socks on... so much so that he took his own off and laid them over her feet - the perfect big brother!
